SUBMIT THIS FORM BELOW, ONLY on the WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, or FRIDAY PRIOR to your scheduled pickup week. (PU Tues/THURS-roughly 2 Times per month) FORMS SUBMITTED EARLIER OR LATER CANNOT BE PROCESSED!!!! Orders are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so submitting your request on Wednesday or Thursday is encouraged. The final deadline for submitting an order is FRIDAY PRIOR to the week we serve. Unfortunately, we cannot accept or fill orders received after that FRIDAY DEADLINE. Once order collection closes on Friday, our volunteers begin shopping, sorting, & preparing food for distribution.

Please remember that every person serving at On the Way Home Ministry is a volunteer. These guidelines help us serve as many families as possible in an organized and efficient way. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

As you complete your order, please select only the items your household needs. Our pantry operates on a food selection system so that food is available for everyone we serve. By taking only what you need, you help ensure that your neighbors in need can also receive assistance.

On the Way Home Ministry is supported by generous local churches, organizations, and individuals who provide the funding and donations that make this ministry possible. We ask that you show kindness and respect to our volunteers as they serve. They are here because they love Jesus—and because they care about you.
