We are a Food Pantry and Help Center serving the Jim Ned Valley, Jim Ned Students & Families along with Oplin, TX. only.

This Order form needs to be submitted on the Wed. Thurs.or Fri preceding pick-up days. Please do not send before the Wednesday preceding Pick up days.

This is best for all volunteers as we have a lot of preparation to do to have orders ready. We do orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is also to your advantage to submit on Wed or Thurs. The absolute latest a form will be filled and handed out on the week we serve is at 6:00 PM on Saturday. There are NO exceptions. We do not go to check for further shopping list after Checking at 6 PM on the Saturday prior to serving Tuesday & Thursday. We must keep a schedule to serve our many and to help us do that in the best possible way. All at OtWH are volunteers. They want to help, but the guidelines keep the volunteers able to serve each of you.

Please only take what you need. We operate by food selection so we can serve everyone. If you stack up items in your home, then we wont’ have enough for everyone. This Pantry is not like others. It’s a caring community of people and designed to help those who need it. Our area Churches and Individuals provide funding to purchase what we hand out. Please follow all guidelines and show respect for the volunteers as they serve because they love Jesus and oh, How He loves you!
